Anyone know this song? Kinda bouncy, i think its quite old, and a high pitched voice says "we got the power" through it.

A lot of hardcore tunes have used that sample mate.
here's a couple to try though of the top of my head:
"Robbie Long & Devestate" - "Still Got The Power" on "Next Generation Records"
and
"Rave Nation" - "Going Crazy" on "Midtown Records" I believe.

Tried Q.f.x - ((Perfect Tekno?)) Booo i cant think.. im sure its called that.. i would hunt it out but its probly not the right track cos this one says "YOU got the power" but it is bouncy, old and has a high pitched voice :)
Tekno Power is the name!.. Not Perfect Tekno!..
