Scotland had its own sound, Spain had its own sound, Netherlands/Germany had its own sound, UK had its own sound
What about the Italians though? I know Italians were still producing Italo Disco up to 1989, and then as Italo Disco died, Italian producers then switched to Eurobeat music & Eurodance music, but was there ever an "Italian style Happy Hardcore" sound outside Habegale's I Want Your Mind?

There's a bit of italodance out there that's on the fast hard trance/happy hardcore tip if you poke around discogs, which is what the Habegale tune was.

Often you'll find an ep with 4 or so mixes of a tune on it, one will sound like eurodance and another will sound like HHC. A lot is quite cheesy, but it does have original vocals. Some are begging for remixes, imo
I still need to make my "formaggio" mix one of these days, as I'm also very much into collecting Italo-House piano tunes (which Oldskool Hardcore sampled for the pianos).
