It would probably surprise a lot of people just how many big name Ameican Hardcore dj/producers there were back in the 90's.
ROB GEE (New Jersey)
OMAR SANTANA (New York)
LENNY DEE (New York)
DELERIUM (New York)
Were all playing at lots of European Hardcore raves. So much so that ID&T even released an album dedicated to U.S style Hardcore Techno & Gabber. Apparently it was these American producers that brought Hip Hop sampling to the Hardcore scene. With most of them from.New York and using the homegrown influences of Hip Hop in their own tracks.
Makes me wonder if an American Bonkers would have worked with say Hartshorn, Ezkill & Nobody featured on the the discs? Seems to be no shortage of talent over there.

I like Omar Santana's Hardcore For The Headstrong series.
Will have to check that one out. You would probably already know of these guys being from the U.S..
Actually, no. At least not until recently (last 5 years or so when I started looking into Hardcore For The Headstrong). Since Omar Santana pops up on a lot of Gabber/Thunderdome stuff, I just thought he was another Dutch/German artist.
Plus, the Gabber sound never got much of the limelight from Moonshine Music as Anabolic Frolic's Happy2bHardcore series did, so I just never saw Gabber CDs in my area of the States back in the day.
