anythin goes in grand national mate, always has been always will be, current form means nothin in this race. anyway. am goin hedgehunter again. then a couple ill pick out at random

it used to be the case but now horses are trained just for the race! (especially irish ones) the fences are a lot easier today and a lot of trainers put the horses over hurdles to get the handicap down a touch! its still a bit of a lottery but not as much as it used to be! I'll check the going first as its been raining all night in the north west (another factor)

Chelsea Harbour - Comes over from Ireland in great form and has been popular in the antepost betting. Won the National trial at Leopardstown and is a major contender who should go well.

Turko - Paul Nicholls gives Turko a real chance on Saturday after two excellent runs in the Lexus Chase and the Ryanair Chase at Cheltenham. Top Chance.

Mckelvey - Second last year and nothing to suggest he shouldn't run another big race. Certainly one for the short list.

This is my tips for the race. I would expect one on these horses to come each way 1,st 2,nd, 3,rd

But if your putting down for the win. Then Chlsea Harbour would be the one for me

Well so 14 finished out of 40 horses and then you get this:

The National was marred by one equine death, last year’s runner-up McKelvey.

He was put down when he was hurt after unseating his rider at the 20th obstacle

And still it goes on every year

my tip on Chelsea Harbour was ok he ran well, up untill the last 3 fences then boom ended up like 5th or 6th, he was 3rd all the way round too. with odds at 33/1 :( gutted
