hi peeps does anybody on hear suffer with ibs irritable bowl syndrome if so could u pm me your symptoms what tablets ur on for it etc etc [bit random but hay lol]

used to. mainly just changed my diet and I haven't had much problem. drink lots of water, work out & stay away from fast food...so far so good
as funny as explosived diahhrea is no one likes to have it =P

Eat lots of 'ruffage' or stuff high in fiber to clog that stuff back up, obv depending on the symptoms.

have you been to the docs/pharmacist yet??? they should help you out medicine wise, but yeah, prob changing your diet would help alot but i guess you need to identify whats causing it first...
