My ex was in shit with the bank & i was skint so my Dad let her borrow £300 to sort it out. We split up & now she isn't wanting to pay it back. Is there anything dad can do? He was talking about small claims court. Is this possible? Or is there any other ways?

step 2. pick up TV and Hifi
step 3, cash converters.
works well in this kind of situation haha

Small claims court could be a way - think it costs about 20 squid to lodge a claim but I may be wrong

If he has witnesses that he has indeed lend the money then he can sue her (here its 2 over 15 year olds.).

i kinda have the same situation my mate borrowed money off my dad and hasnt bothered paying any back hes had more than enough chances so i think it is prob time to go do some ass kicking!

another good revenge tactic is get blackboard paint and a roller. wait till the dead of night creep up and roller the paint on the windows. Blackboard paint drys very very fast on glass, once its dry write on the fresh new black board on the front of the house, leave a nice parting message,
Works well. Nice effect too haha, Not that i would know or anything.

one thing i've learned over the years of doing this is to ASK FOR COLLATERAL!!
i cannot stress this enough!!
taking even their driver's license or other important cards - their wallet even - is enough of a reminder to make these deadbeat bastards pay you back (or go through the pain in the ass of getting all their shit back).
i do find that i'm way too trusting when i shouldn't be sometimes.

I don't think it will work with any written contract or proof of any kind.
I'm trying to take my last employer to court for owed money, with proof and it seems hard enough! :/

Small claims court, but I would write her a letter first saying if she doesn't respond to this letter in 10 days or something that you will take it to court, she might then sort it out quick.

you should have got photos of her naked or whatever and made one of those hate sites, the ones that lets you veiw more pics with the more people that u get to veiw the site. haha it'd be worth 300 pound easy.
