I saw it today and was wondering what everybody else thought about it. Personally.... I thought i was total garbage.
Few Reasons Why:
- Comic relief was so random and childish it was embarrassing
- Plot line jumped around WAY to much and it didnt have a consistent tempo
- As mentioned b4, the childish nature of the humor
- the 2 "twin" robots that were following the main characters were just almost racist at some points. (somewhere i read it was like watching star wars but the whole time you just followed Jar Jar Binks around)
and my Fav WORST part:
- The one robot had a pair of FREAKIN BALLS swinging in the wind.
overall the story was crap, but the effects were still visually amazing, but that was totally blown away by how awful everything else was.
What do you guys think?

Oh dont even get me started on that. I saw it on imax, worst waste of 15 bucks ever!!!! We barely got to see the "real" transformers, just at the beginning and end. and what was with the little RC car bot humping Megan Fox's leg? on a side note, Megan Fox is still HOT in the movie. XD

Haven't seen it, but I know for a fact that there's at least one reason to see it.

Apparently the critics weren't kidding when they said the movie's humor was childish... then again, what do you expect when in the last movie, Bumblebee pissed on a guy?

well transformers was always intended for a younger audience. i doubt when they developed the series they intended to target conservative-minded ppl.
i thought it was good for what it was, although i agree it seemed a little too much in the plot, and the very end when shia and megan were running, it was just too damn long.
plus the movie was over 2hrs. o and i can't belive it, a movie about the Avatar! that's gonna b awesome, but it's comin out in a year too long of a wait

it's pretty bad when a video game based on the movie gets higher scores than the movie =P

I hadn't actually planned on going to see it.
I saw some of the commercials, and just couldn't get into it. Seemed like they went into "ooooh lots of big robots and explosions", and didn't have a plot.
So I passed it up.
