its just been confirmed that john hartson has testicular cancer which has now spread to his brain and doctors say he will need traetment for a very long time
absolutely cat for him and his family,and hes only 34

John Hartson, played for Celtic and was a star striker for Wales from 2001-02 to 2006-07 or something like that. Good player.

he has it like all other people who have it. he isnt anymore special.
if he dies he dies... no big deal.
i dont get why people make a massive deal out of people dying... as thats our only certainty in life.. one thing we all have in common

Im gutted about it. Always like Hartson, seemed like a good bloke and really passionate.
The thing about it is that he is only 34, if it was an ex-footballer who is 64 getting cancer, i wouldnt be as bothered, but at 34 with a wife and young kids its shit, not just cause he is famous but just cause he is so young, but unfortunately it happens every day
