Guy on the left is a nice guy, just hanging out with a bad crowd. Guy on the far right tried stealing my girlfriend and fighting me (Lol).

On dress sense alone id class the one on the right and middle as wiggers or even skater dudes. Chavs dont wear flat peaks. The guy on the left would get terrorised by chavs for wearing a top like that.

In Ireland we don't call them chavs at all though. I think scumbag is a phrase used around the country for them but here in Cork they're called Nackers.
Generally dressed in extremely cheap looking but infact quite pricey tracksuits. With the ends of the pants tucked into their socks. And they also have the "Nacker-tash" which is when said nacker doesn't shave their upper lip but is too young to pull off the look and ends up with white hairs on their upper lip.
They also have a number 1 or zero blade around the back and sides of their heads and the top bleached. Actually the new fashion with them is the mullet thing except they die the very end at the back red. Sexy ****ers I tell ya
