Well hello out there in Internet land! Been a while, hasn't it? I took some time off from posting on all the boards around the Internet as a bit of an experiment, to see how many of my downloads were actually coming from them. The results were actually quite a bit more drastic than I expected, with more of a drop off than I thought.
Okay so that's a lie, I actually just got really lazy. But no more! I'm back, with three new live mixes and a bit of awesome news!
In the interest of keeping this post not gigantic, I'll spare you huge write-ups and giant cover images, and just get right to the good stuff.
J.D. Sparks live at Atomic Lollipop 2012
After retiring J.D. Sparks, I ended up needing to bring him out of retirement for Atomic Lollipop 2012 on July 14-15th due to various circumstances. I'm glad I did, as I had so much fun I'm going back to doing J.D. mixes and live sets regularly. Woo!

Unfortunately pretty much at the last minute, No Left Turn ended up unable to make it. Instead we worked together on what would be a solo set, except I played it as if we were tagging (three tracks of my choosing, three of either his tracks or other material from K-12, etc, though it didn't entirely work out that way). So while it was a solo set, it was still very much a collaboration, hence the name. http://www.deejay-mixes.com/download.php?mode=song_hifi&band_id=4&song_id=643 (CLICK TO DOWNLOAD) http://www.mixcloud.com/djsaiyan2/saiyan-and-no-left-turnish-sort-of-live-at-the-opera-house/ (CLICK TO STREAM FROM MIXCLOUD) **TRACKLIST REMOVED AS PER FORUM RULES As always, you can download all my other mixes here: Saiyan Mixes: http://deejay-mixes.com/djsaiyan J.D. As in the popular maker of phat pants from the 90s-2000s? Why yes, yes it does! And here comes the news!

I very recently got hooked up with Kikwear and am now representing them as part of their promotional team and as an affiliated DJ. They're currently in the midst of cleaning out the last of their classic styles through their online store at http://www.kikwear.com, before relaunching the line in November with a whole new line of brand new phat pants, so keep an eye out for that in winter 2012! More info will be made available soon via their Facebook page at http://facebook.com/Kikwear

So that's all for me. Three new mixes, a new affiliation, and some awesome news for people who, like me, freaking love phat pants. That's all for me for now, keep on rockin' in the free world!
