I made a track, but the leads dont like me. Someone know any tutorial for UK Hardcore leads for Massive, or free preset pack for Serum, Sylenth1 or Massive ?

Try going into the "voicing" tab and bring up max voicing and unisono, switch pitch cutoff "on" and adjust the fader to your liking. The Pan position option just below will give you the spread option for your detuned sound in Massive.
