i Think kandi is less the issue when it comes to rave fashion...
What about the 13 and 14 year old girls going to raves wearing basically NOTHING.
I mean great for all the 13 and 14 year old boys but like... im 20... i dont wanna see that shit... plus personally i dont think 13 and 14 year old girls should be dressing slutty... thats a bit young isnt it?
But in saying that, the age where sex etc is becoming acceptable is getting younger and younger. When i was a bit younger and people were doing the dirty at 15 everyone was like *gasp* thats so young!
Now its more like 13 and people my age are going *gasp* but the teens now are like "whats wrong with that"
I ask you, when does it stop? I mean by the time i have kids its going to be younger still. I dont want my 10 year old daughter to be thinking about sex, capisce?
/end rant

I don't think 13 and 14 year olds should be going to raves in general, not that over 18's also go to. What kind of shit environment would that be ?:P Raves are a drug fueled environment (again, with over 18's at least), and it's just wrong for people that age to be mixing with that kind of thing. And then there is the immaturity...
If i had to rave with people that age i just wouldn't bother :P

Something that almost ruins my time i walking from a room to another room or going for a smoke and seeing CLEARLY very young people with wide eyes and dilated pupils... come on... i mean really... 13 or 14 year old kids on MDMA? Thats not right. They seriosuly dont have the maturity to make an informed decision like whether or not its a good idea to take drugs. They lack the responsibility and the knowledge to know the risks and make a decision about it.
No offence to young people but it adds to the bad name that the rave scene has. By all means go to underage events, but dress responsibly and ACT responibly. sheesh.

Yeah drugs like that at that age (or any drugs at all) is very wrong indeed, if not only because of lack of development maturity wise and personality in general, then because of the fact that their brains are still developing.

Seriously an outsider goes to a rave - what do they see?
Girls as young as 13 wearing basically nothing, wandering around wide-eyed and clearly on amphetamines and ****ing lad/chavs causing shit.
HOW in ANY WAY does this look good on the rave community?
Like yeah okay we probably shouldnt give a **** but what about some places where raves get shut down BECAUSE of the bad name? That sucks man.
Maybe it wouldnt be such a bad idea to change the image of ravers.

Raves aren't like that here. Firstly there isn't people causing trouble in the same way you describe there, and secondly they are all over 18 apart from a very few under 18 ones (but then over 18's cant go to those).
As for bad impressions, those who go to raves either go to do drugs or at least don't care about those who do, so it's not really a problem here :P We also couldn't give a crap what any outsiders think :P
