On week, i go to school at 7:25, so i wake at 6h and sleep between 21h and 23h, it depend on how i feel
Weekend, i go to job at 11h so the sleeping time is never da same ^^

Try using Qualms. They're herbal and have worked for me in the past when I've been stressed. Feels like a natural relaxation too and Ive certainly had a better nights sleep after taking them.

Usually goto bed 23 to 01, mostly before midnight though. After that it takes about an hour to get sleep. Alarm rings at 7, i wake up at 8, and get to work almoust an hour late just before 9 :P
The only place where i got a normal sleeping rhythm was in the army :s Suppose it was a mixture of forced daily excercise, bad food (but really healthy) and the 60 seconds timelimit to get up after the clock turns 6am.

OK, this week is perhaps a record for me, so here goes:
Last night sleep at 5am, up again at 9:30
Sunday night: sleep at 3:45, up at 8am
Saturday night: sleep at 1am, up again at 7:00
Friday night: sleep at 3am, up at 6:30am
That'll sort out your sleeping probs Complexion - I imagine I'm going to sleep for a week come tomorrow evening!

Seeing as though i'm now on a huge 13 week holiday, it will entail bed at 8am/11am and going for jogs at 2am - 5am in the morning.
Weirdo i know.
