i think you use lol too much.

i see nothing funny about that statement.

and alternating ears might be a smart idea.

I always type lol at the end of things just to kind of signify that I probably would have chuckled a little bit had I said it to you in real life.

And I dont like altering ears...it just doesnt feel the same.

sometimes I wonder about how kicks in hardcore got so punchy/thick. If you compare them to kicks in late 90's tracks you've gotta wonder if producers lost some hearing at those frequencies, myself included.

i don't mean to sound like i'm attacking here so don't take it that way but i still fail to see the humour in that.

think about it this way: it's going to feel more weird when you can only hear out of one ear. you should at least balance the deafness.

so if you are blind in one eye, it would be better to balance the blindness and go blind in both eyes? thats cruel lol

to each their own. i don't think that's even an accurate comparison to be honest.

i can't think of many scenarios where a person is deliberately making themselves blind, in the same way a DJ is makes him/herself go deaf.

if i had to choose between being completely blind in just one eye, or just having crap vision on both/more slowly going blind in both, i think i'd stick with choice #2.

your fine if you dont turn them up stupidly high, i've allways had a weak left ear, it sounds like am ountain crumbles in it after i talk, i can have my headphones/monitor at such a leavel that it's ok for my ear.

I think you'll be fine, years and years of loud noise can take a toll on your ears like what happened to Frankie wild (one for the older Gen of trance lovers).. (or who ever saw it's all gone pete tong)

Crippling for a DJ unless you over come it like he did :)

So yeah, take care with the sound levels.. quiet in the bed/living/diningroom, loud in the clubs/pubs ect.
