After nearly 3 months of shit I am on the phone 2moz to personel & let them know whats been going on! I have people on my side & with the company changing contracts im looking forward to seeing the fireworks that will fly!

surely there are better things you could do? going over your boss' head is only going to make the shit the fan?
do you think these people who are "on your side" will be once they realise they might put their job at risk?

jax has a point mate.....when people say they will back you up 90% of the time they will let you down and make you look a fool so watch out mate.
have you confronted the bloke yourself and voiced your concerns/opinion?
that will probably be the first thing they will ask you.
good on you though anyway i would not take shit from anyone so atleast your doing something about it.

yeh cos i've herd of people recording things that their bosses have sed with hand held recorders, and theyve used it as evidence. i dunno if it worked but, but sounds plausible enough.

I am joining the Union at work... The guy from the Union knows what is going on & he has seen for himself so he is a witness & there are alot of other people as well that know what he is like!

Just generally give you a hard time? If thats what it is then be careful hes not just ribbing you because i get that at work all the time for being a raver or as they see it a drug addict.
Or is it something specific?

Its more his attitude & I get put down. Remarks such as 'tou'll be on the dole que next week' & 'stay at the front I can do this quiker than you' are many such comments! I got in troube for being 2 mins late while someone else who was later didn't even get in troube at all!
He also has a word with me over stuff every day... I could go on but it does my head in sometimes lol
