Where's the intelligence in beating someone up?
Do these people solve quadratic equations whilst grounding and pounding their opponent? Same goes for boxers. Its not intelligence, in fact its smashing away what little intelligence they already had. Its just animal instinct, which is present in everyone, theyve just honed it and controled it to a degree. And of course trained to a level of fitness that allows them to peform their art for long enough to sustain just enough brain damage to think it was all worth while.

these guys aren't fighters because they're rocket scientists. and if you think some random person at a pub or on the street could hope to stand a chance against a professional fighter, i think i'm going to have to call your intelligence into question.
