Nah no one in particular is the dumbass.
I'm trying to say that people who have a problem with a substance, or with having random sex, or something of that nature, and then want to change and stop doing those things. Shouldn't hang out around people who do them because it's just going to get tempting.
I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs... so therefor I don't go to parties because I used to smoke (A LOT) and drink, and I don't want to be surrounded by those things.

Regardless of what you think - you dont have the life experience and maturity to cope with that shit IF something DOES go wrong - And if you cant cope with that then you shouldnt be doing it! THATS the point.
Obviously your old enough to have sex PHYSICALLY because you can get it up and a chick can get wet but thats not the point. Its being mentally and emotionally ready for if something goes wrong - not the actual act.

drugs aren't bad.
what's bad is when people don't know how to handle themselves. i.e. under 16 yr olds, runnin around, fukd outta their heads, thinking they're all cool and shit. it's just mad annoying.
